Hallo und willkommen to our German A1.2 course, the next step in your exciting language journey! 🌟 This course is designed for students who already have basic knowledge of German (A1.1) and want to continue developing their communication skills.

In this level you will learn to:

• Describe your home and talk about your neighborhood or city
• Navigate around town and ask for directions
• Express problems and ask for help in everyday situations
• Talk about plans, wishes, and future projects
• Describe people, their appearance and character
• Discuss rules, obligations, and permissions
• Converse about weather, clothing and celebrations

Each chapter is structured to gradually expand your vocabulary and grammar skills, following the themes from "Menschen A1.2". After every three chapters, you will find a Checkpoint that allows you to assess your progress and consolidate what you've learned. We will work with authentic communicative situations so you can use German in real-life contexts. 💪

The course follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and will provide you with the necessary competencies to fully reach the A1 level. We are excited to accompany you on this stage of your language adventure! 😊

Hallo und willkommen to our German A2.2 course, the decisive step towards consolidating your intermediate language skills! 🎯 This course is designed for learners who have already completed level A2.1 and will lead you to confidently master the communicative situations of the complete A2 level.

In this level you will perfect:

• Your ability to maintain longer and more detailed conversations about personal and professional experiences.
• The expression of wishes, assumptions, and conditions using the Konjunktiv II.
• Your comprehension of more complex texts such as simple newspaper articles and personal correspondence.
• Skills for arguing and expressing opinions in a structured manner.
• Your mastery of the narrative past (Präteritum) for telling stories and anecdotes.
• The ability to handle formal situations such as job interviews or administrative procedures.

This semester you will delve into more sophisticated topics such as:

• The working world: job searching, CV, interviews, and German business culture.
• Media: news, social networks, and entertainment.
• Interpersonal relationships: expressing feelings, resolving conflicts, and giving advice.
• Culture and society: traditions, festivities, and customs of the German-speaking world.
• Environment and sustainability: vocabulary and discussions on current topics.

Upon completing this course, you will have fully achieved the A2 level of the Common European Framework, which means you will be able to:

• Communicate fluently in most everyday situations.
• Write coherent texts on familiar topics.
• Understand the main points of clear texts on familiar matters.
• Describe experiences, events, wishes, and aspirations.
• Briefly justify your opinions and explain your plans.

Each chapter includes interactive activities designed to strengthen all language skills in a balanced way.
