đź“ś Terms of Use, Copyright and Confidentiality Agreement
Original materials developed by Sprachzentrum Buenos Aires —including texts, grammar explanations, exercises, teaching sequences, scripts, audio, video, interactive resources, tests, and the specific selection, structure, organization, and presentation of this content— are protected under Argentine Copyright Law (Ley 11.723) to the extent that they constitute original expressions.
Non-public production processes, curriculum structures, teaching systems, and other know-how that meets the applicable legal requirements constitute confidential information of Sprachzentrum Buenos Aires under Ley 24.766 and the applicable contractual obligations. Third-party content used under license is additionally governed by its respective terms of use.
By using the platform, I agree to the following conditions:
- My access is personal and non-transferable. I will use the content only within the platform and within the scope of my enrollment or authorized activity for Sprachzentrum Buenos Aires.
- I will not copy, download, extract, reproduce, adapt, publish, share, distribute, or reuse content outside the platform without express authorization. This includes screenshots, screen recordings, automated tools, and browser extensions. Materials expressly made available for download and uses permitted by applicable law are excluded from this restriction.
- I will not download, record, reproduce, share, or distribute recordings of live classes. These recordings may contain personal data, images, and voices of other participants.
- I will not provide my login credentials to third parties or allow anyone else to use my account.
- The platform records access and the technical and activity data necessary for security, campus operation, and content protection in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Where there are reasonable indications of unauthorized use, Sprachzentrum Buenos Aires may temporarily suspend access while it verifies the facts and requests clarification.
- In the event of a confirmed breach, Sprachzentrum Buenos Aires may take proportionate contractual measures and pursue the legal remedies appropriate to the nature and seriousness of the conduct.
Personal data will be retained and, where appropriate, deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal or contractual retention periods.
